Unlock Floor 2 and Floor 3 in Play Cats Morphs Friend Rescue
Lift or teleport to Floor 2, then the free lily-pad, yarn, and key gauntlet into the gym.
Cat-School has three floors. Floor 1 is the lobby you spawn in. Floor 2 opens when you finish Floor 1 or teleport. Floor 3 is free: a Floor 2 lily-pad, yarn, button, and key sequence that dumps you in the gym. F84 Games showed that path in an official clip. This page is the unlock, not the morph roster. After you arrive, use Floor 2, Floor 3, Floor 2 friends, and Floor 3 friends.
Play Cats Morphs Friend Rescue released on 24 Oct 2022 as a free Roblox scavenger hunt. Servers are 10-player online. Detention always returns the Floor 1 lobby, so unlocking a floor is not a checkpoint. You will walk or teleport back.
If tap-to-rescue still feels new, read Getting Started. Buttons and yarn: controls. Shop timing: Shop Gear.
Unlock Floor 2: lift or teleport
Two legal ways into the Floor 2 lobby:
- Finish Floor 1. The free gauntlet at the end of Floor 1 is a high button, glowing floor tiles to avoid, platforms (the official route notes an apple), a blue key, a hide from a teacher (a box works), a maze, another button, then the lift.
- Teleport. Shop teleport or later remote rolls can drop you into the Floor 2 lobby without that gauntlet.
Teleport skips the exam, not the map. After detention you still need to know how the Floor 2 lobby connects to lily pads. Do not buy the Busted Teleport Remote just to skip the lift; that remote is the Angel and Lucifur roll. Spring Shoes help the high button if you fail it twice. They are optional.
Unlock Floor 3 for free
There is no second lobby lift that simply is Floor 3. Official Play Cats footage starts in Floor 2 rooms full of lily pads. You can teleport into Floor 2 or take the Floor 1 lift, then commit to this sequence.
Lily pads. Jump carefully. One wrong move is a fall, and a fall during this gauntlet is often a restart. Wait on pads if a teacher is turning.
Sneak teachers. Halls between pad rooms have purrfessors. Peek, then cross. Wear a Teacher’s Pet morph so teachers ignore you. Hall monitors can still tag you. Smelly Fish is the panic stun if you already bought it.
Yarn ball door. Pick up yarn and use it to open a door. Yarn is a school tool, not a shop bottle. If a door looks stuck and there is a ball nearby, roll it before you assume the door is members-only.
Maze. After the yarn door, jump a short parkour and explore a maze. Keep the camera up.
Four buttons (obby). Hit four different buttons to open the next door. This is the parkour test. The last button is the one players miss: roll the yarn ball onto it instead of jumping a gap you cannot land. If the door stays shut, you skipped a button, not the key.
Blue key, blue door. After the four-button door, grab the blue key. Do not fall. Escape the room and open the blue door. Floor 2 keys are not Floor 1 leftovers. If detention reset you, reclear this key on Floor 2.
More lily pads. Jump when you are close to the next door. A button can open a follow-up door in this stretch. Do not Catnip-sprint pads.
Vents and the red key. Climb through vents, sneak, and grab the red key on a table. Teacher’s Pet helps if a teacher sits near the vent mouth. Open the red door with that red key.
Last lily pad, Floor 3 gym. One more pad. Then you are in Floor 3: a giant gym and a new morph list. The gym teacher owns the open floor. Hug bleachers. Full room notes: Floor 3.
Loadout, detention, and coming back
Floor 3 is free because the route uses pads, yarn, buttons, and colored keys. Robux is not a ticket. Wear Teacher’s Pet if you own one. Spring Shoes are optional if pads or the four-button obby dump you twice. Smelly Fish covers doorway teachers. Catnip is for empty recoveries after detention, not pad jumps. The Busted Teleport Remote is not this unlock. If you dropped yarn before the last button, go back and roll another.
Unlocking a floor does not move detention. Hall monitors still send you to the Floor 1 lobby. Morphs stay; keys often do not. After a floor is open, use the in-game teleporter instead of replaying the lift every death. Red opens red. Blue opens blue. A Floor 1 blue key will not open the Floor 2 blue door on this route.
After the gym door opens
Floor 3 is the sports wing, royal-family portal, and rotating water hunts. It is also the usual home of the Gnaw button hunt. Do not stall the unlock to paint a green paw or chase Gnaw. Paint atlas: Paint and egg locations. Secret hunt: How to Find Gnaw.
Follow the experience on Fridays. A new Floor 2 door is not always the gym unlock; check Friday drops before you tear the maze apart. Codes do not open Floor 3. Codes only if a redeem box appears. Session order: survive Floor 1, lift or teleport, then pads, yarn, four buttons, blue key, vents, red key, last pad.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for Cat-School rescues, morphs, and Friday drops.
How do I unlock Floor 2?
Finish the Floor 1 lift gauntlet (high button, glowing tiles, blue key, maze, lift) or teleport into the Floor 2 lobby. Details start on Floor 1.
Is Floor 3 free?
Yes. Official Play Cats footage clears Floor 2 lily pads, yarn, four buttons, a blue key, vents for a red key, then the gym. No Robux ticket.
Do I need Spring Shoes for the lily pads?
No. They are optional. Buy them only if you fail the same pad or four-button jump twice. Rank the buy on Shop Gear.
Do Teacher's Pet morphs help on this route?
Yes. Teachers ignore you while you wear one, which is the best free stealth past Floor 2 hallway staff. Hall monitors can still tag you.
Where does detention send me after I unlock Floor 3?
Always the Floor 1 lobby. Use a floor teleporter once it is available, or walk the lift again. You keep morphs you already rescued.
Which keys open the Floor 3 path?
On the official route: a Floor 2 blue key for the blue door, then a red key from a vent table for the red door. Match color on the same floor.
